TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Age Requirements Renters/ Drivers must be 21 years old for car groups A, B, C and 25 years old for other car groups.

2. Driver’s License Drivers must present a Full Driver’s License that needs to be held for a minimum of 1 year before renting a car. We accept Original Driver’s License for members of EU countries. For any other country, an INTERNATIONAL driver’s license is required according to Greek Legislation. For more information about International Driver’s License, please read our FAQs.

3. Minimum Rental Period The minimum rental period is 1 day. If drop-off is delayed you will be charged at 1/5 of the agreed daily rate.

4. Traffic & Parking Fines Potential Fines resulting from the violation of the Greek Traffic Laws are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Deposit No Deposit is Required.

6. Third Party Insurance The Coverage of all GuestRentals Zakynthos regarding damages against third parties is included in all Contract Prices as it is mandatory by the Greek Law.

7. Collision Damage Waiver ( CDW ) Policy According to MilosRentals Zakynthos Collision Damage Waiver Policy, potential damage to tyres, wheels, below the car & all Glass parts including mirrors are excluded from our coverage & Full Reimbursement will be asked for in case of damage.

8. Full Damage Waiver (FDW) Policy According to MilosRentals Zakynthos Full Damage Waiver Policy, potential damage to tyres, wheels, below car & all Glass Parts including mirrors are excluded from our coverage & Full Reimbursement will be asked for in case of damage.

9. Exemptions If you have not been added to the rental agreement as an additional driver. If driving under the age of 23 years. If driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If driving against traffic regulations. If the car is carrying more than the number of passengers it is licensed for. Please note infants count as passengers. Damage to the undercarriage of car & tyres. Damage or loss of Keys (minimum 120.00 Euros ) Theft due to keys being left in the vehicle.

10.Total Vehicle Protection (TVP) MilosRentals Zakynthos Insurance does not cover damages regarding tyres, wheels, roof, interior, undercarriage & glass parts (including windscreen). We offer optional Insurance Packages for the above mentioned parts of cars.

11.Taxes All rates are subject to 24% Tax.

12. Fuel Petrol Consumed during the rental period agreed is paid by Renters. NO Refunds.

13. Extra Equipment The baby seat will be charged €5 per day. The booster seat will be charged €5 per day. GPS will be charged €4 per day.

14. Delivery & Collection Free of Charge at Zakynthos International Airport & Zakynthos Port from 09.00 to 23.00. Deliveries after these hours are charged (€15.00). Deliveries to all Hotels are charged (€15.00).

15. Availability Car models are delivered as planned. However, problems may arise and compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases. In case of breakdown, the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.

16. Method of Payment Pay now: Pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Pay later: Pay upon delivery either in cash or by credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
